We work closely with leading mines on a day-to-day basis, so we truly understand the training and recruitment needs of the industry. RMS is one of the industries largest private training providers, and offers training wherever it is needed – on-site, at one of our three metropolitan offices or at our 200 acre training mine site in the north of Perth.

RTO Service - RMS preferred training provider for the Chevron Wheatstone Project

RMS is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) accredited by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) to provide a range of nationally recognised training and assessment solutions relevant to the mining, construction, and transport industries in Western Australia. We are proud of our commitment to quality standards, experienced training personnel and exceptional performance, as demonstrated through each and every State and Federal audit.

As a result of our commitment to high standards, RMS is proud to be a preferred training provider for the Chevron operated Wheatstone Project. The Wheatstone gas field is located approximately 250km off the coast of Onslow, north-west Western Australia. The Wheatstone liquefied natural gas (LNG) project is a joint venture project with Chevron (74%), Apache (13%), Kuwait Foreign Petroleum Co (7%) and Shell Australia (6%), and as a result of the Wheatstone Project an estimated 3,500 jobs and 3,000 indirect jobs will be created during the construction phase of approximately six years.
