Nifty Copper Case Study

RMS is responsible for managing and delivering training in support of Nifty Copper’s extensive existing-worker traineeship program, covering over 200 staff in a variety of disciplines.

Thanks to RMS’s extensive scope, training is being provided to staff in the areas of:

  • Certificates III and IV in Metalliferous Mining (Processing)
  • Certificates III and IV in Metalliferous Mining (Underground)
  • Certificates III and IV in Metalliferous Mining (Open Cut)
  • Certificates III and IV in Transport and Logistics (Warehousing)
  • Certificate III in Business
  • Certificate IV in Frontline Management

In support of this traineeship, RMS has mobilised a variety of highly qualified training staff to site, along with site vehicles, backed by a large team in Perth. Progress reports are generated for Nifty management on a weekly and monthly basis.
