RMS takes a unique approach to recruitment. We don't just want to "fill a vacancy", we want to find the right person for the job.

In the fast-paced world of recruitment where the tendency is to frantically 'push' candidates through to clients, regardless of their suitability for the job, RMS takes a different approach. Although we fully appreciate that many client vacancies need filling urgently, we do not compromise on candidate quality to achieve a placement. This ethos stems from our belief that if we wouldn't feel comfortable having a candidate operate 'our' equipment, why should we feel comfortable offering them to operate 'your' equipment.

Our clients also benefit from the fact that RMS recruiters have access to both theory and practical skills assessment through our training division. Candidates can have skills verified via theory and simulator tests or via actual assessment on our mobile plant equipment. This ensures that RMS candidates are of the highest calibre and are capable of being productive and safe from day one.

As an added advantage, RMS branches also facilitate a variety of pre-employment services, such as medicals, drug and alcohol screens, mine health surveillances and respirator facefit testing.
