2 day course for experienced and inexperienced operators. This course results in a High Risk Licence to perform EWP operations under WorkSafe.
RMS employs some of the industry's most highly skilled and sought after High Risk WorkSafe trainers and prides itself on delivering premier training on Elevated Work Platforms.
This two day course is designed to give participants ample opportunity to practice their newfound skills. RMS doesn't just want participants to pass the assessment but become genuinely safe EWP operators. RMS does not believe both of these outcomes can be obtained by way of a one day course, as is the case with some other providers.

This course covers all aspects of safe EWP operations.
Course contents include:
- EWP safety awareness
- Slings, harnesses and other personal protective equipment
- Hazard identification and risk controls
- Pre and post operational checks
- EWP orientation
- EWP orientation (ground controlled)
- Basic operation (basket controlled)
- Working at height
Participants are issued with a nationally recognised statement of attainment and assessment for the issue of a high risk licence for EWP operation.

Cost
2-Day Course: $380
An additional fee of $85 is payable for the submission of WorkSafe paperwork.
An additional fee of $15 is payable for the provision of passport photos.
RMS is a CTF registered training provider and participants may be eligible for subsidised training under the CTF scheme.

High Risk Licence for EWP Operations
Participants must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have 2 x forms of identification on the day of training
- Wear fully enclosed shoes on the day of training
- Good verbal and written comprehension of the English language
