Indigenous Production Trainers and Assessors - JY_DO07
Our client is a leading provider of engineering and infrastructure management services to customers operating in market sectors including Minerals & Metals, Oil & Gas, Power, Road & Rail Infrastructure, Telecommunications and Water.
Previous experience in the Training and Mentoring of Indigenous people in a previous role will be highly regarded.
This role will be site based on an 8:6 roster and offers a competitive remuneration package.
To be Considered You Must:
- Hold a certificate 4 Trainer & Assessor's qualification and have extensive experience as an equipment operator.
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Extensive experience in Mining
- Experience in Indigenous Recruitment and Training
- Understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Culture
- Ability to coach and mentor
- Excellent remuneration package
